Why in the world would you want to choose us?

Why not?  Here’s the deal – Customer support is a job where you get yelled at often for things that are outside of your control.  It isn’t for everyone.  We on the other hand love it.  It’s a natural high for us to take a poor experience and turn it into a positive one.  We are a close knit team based in the US where the sole focus is providing a great customer experience – We don’t charge by the hour or by utilization numbers because they drive the wrong results – Instead, we will spend as much time as necessary with each customer to ensure a happy resolution.

What is your refund policy? Cancellation Policy?

We offer a 14-day refund if you are unhappy with our service for any reason. We make this very simple.  If you don’t like us, get rid of us.  Kick us to the street. We only have on ask – You tell us why.  Okay, you don’t actually have to even do that, though we would love if you do.  Our goal is to keep your customers and your business happy.  You may cancel your service at any time, please note that no refunds are provided after the initial month of service.

Can I upgrade after signing up?

You sure can.  We will proactively reach out if we believe you may be nearing your tier threshhold.  Don’t worry, we won’t cut you off if you go over, we’ll get in touch to take care of it as it is convenient. 

Who handles the service? How do you ensure quality?

All of our team is based within the US.  Our unique model of hiring the best employees throughout the US allows us to offer affordable services while ensuring expertise through a wide array of services and offerings.  We do things a bit differently. We believe in paying a living way while asking for some high performance candidates who don’t mind wearing a lot of different hats – This is why you’ll find our employees all over the place, we have a strict rule that everyone in our company takes shifts providing service!

How do you support my customers?

During the first few weeks, we will go through an integration phase where we will ask you to provide us a lot of common information we need to support your customer base.  We also do our own research to begin building our intenral knowledge base which we will ask you to provide a review of for accuracy.  The best part is we learn as we go – It’s impossible to prepare for everything, so we will constantly learn from your customers to improve the experience for everyone.

What do I need to supply to get started?

Very little.  We offer the complete package, we bring the tools, labor, and will build the training material.  We will just need some of your time to collect all of the details about your business, and talk through some of the pesky details such as escalation flows.  We also like to get to know the unique culture of your company, we try our best to align the support services with your culture, those little magical details really do make the difference.

What if I outgrow you? What if I want to break up?

Ouch, we don’t expect that to happen. Honestly, we probably are going to reach out to you first.  As we have tried to make clear, we really do care about the customer experience.  If things start get a little to wild, grow to fast, or you have a unique model that isn’t working out – We will let you know.  That isn’t to say we want to break up, we may just look at some different options to better support your business.  Ultimately, we will find a solution that works for you.  In the end if things don’t work out, no hard feelings.  We will happily help you move to a new provider, and we don’t charge any additional fees to get your data or assistance from us.
